(Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Moledense de Instruc\u00e7\u00e3o e Recreio), then continuing his training at the Academia de M\u00fasica Fernandes F\u00e3o, which he attended until the 6th Grade. In 2003 he joined the course of Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Musical at ESMAE (Escola Superior de M\u00fasica e Artes do Espect\u00e1culo of Porto).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Whilst studying, from early days he became a performer in musical projects, such as light music and jazz, pop, rock, funk etc. In particular: Ironic Speech, Fragmentos, Spleen Poetry, Sotie Flow, Hugo Torres, Pedro Cravinho Quintet, Pulsar Ef\u00e9mero, amongst others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He was both maestro and pianist in the musical M\u00fasica no Cora\u00e7\u00e3o (the Sound of Music) by Filipe La F\u00e9ria, in the Teatro Rivoli (Porto). He was responsible for the musical direction, creating the arrangements and some original pieces for the musicals Saltimbancos and M\u00fasica no Cora\u00e7\u00e3o, performed at the Academia de M\u00fasica Fernandes F\u00e3o, with the staging carried out by Pedro Lamares. He was also responsible for the arrangements and musical direction of the spectacle AMFF in Concert, of the same institute.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He works regularly as musical director of the SIRC theatre group (Sociedade de Instru\u00e7\u00e3o e Recreio de Carre\u00e7o) in the area of musical theatre. He directs musically the project Tributo a Zeca Afonso, produced by Cervmusic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He regularly composes themes covering the most varied styles, but his work particularly focuses on creative arrangements (for any type of formation).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Currently he is teaching Musical Formation and Improvisation Atelier at the Academia de M\u00fasica Fernandes F\u00e3o, and Piano\/Keyboards and Musical Formation at the private schools AMIR Rockschool (of which he is a founding member, together with Paulo Baixinho) and Cervmusic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since 2008 he has been an integral member of Ensemble Risoluto, together with Soprano S\u00edlvia Pinto and Clarinettist Paulo Barbosa.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Began his musical studies at the age of 4, at the school of music of A.M.I.R.
